501 Union was constructed with a hat tip to both its industrial roots and the Deco Era. The 65,000 square foot farm atop Building No. 3 at the Brooklyn Nay Yard boasts sweeping views of the dock, East River, and downtown Manhattan. With a 2,000 square food paved deck and wide walkways this farm can be set up in a variety of configurations and is perfect for a wedding, fashion show, or banquet-style gala.
This metal foundry was restored and renovated to reflect its original industrial character and began hosting events in 2001. It is the only foundry in the area still standing today.
Dobbin St is a tailored event space centrally located in Williamsburg. A transformed Brooklyn factory that exudes a minimalist and luxury feel, boasting stunning Manhattan skyline views and vaulted 22 foot ceilings.
Located in a 25,000 square foot manufacturing warehouse in Red Hook, the space went under an extensive renovation in 2012. The facility now houses artist studios, exhibition and performance spaces, a science lab, and a recording studio.
